Outside Sales Representative
Crosscut Construction | Houston / Southeast Texas | Full-Time or Commission
Crosscut Construction is a self-perform heavy civil contractor based in Cypress, TX. We handle excavation, site work, land clearing, concrete foundations, and pre-engineered metal buildings from dirt to done. We own our equipment, run our own crews, and serve a 12-county region from Austin to Hamshire.

Compensation
- Up to 25% of gross profit on every job you sell
- Salary options available for qualified reps with an established book of business
- No cap on earnings

What You’ll Do
- Find and close site work, foundation, and metal building projects
- Build relationships with homebuilders, developers, general contractors, landowners, and businesses
- Walk sites, understand scope, and work with our estimating team on accurate quotes
- Manage your pipeline and log all customer activity in our CRM
- Represent Crosscut at job sites, networking events, and industry functions
What We’re Looking For
- Outside sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, equipment, or a related trade
- Existing relationships with GCs, builders, or developers in the Houston area is a big plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong follow-through and the ability to close
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
