Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Loan Processor based in Lisle IL for our sales group - DB Group. The Senior Loan Processor will oversee the loan process, including application review, document verification, weekly operation updates, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan files, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in loan documentation, underwriting guidelines, and mortgage software systems
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan processing experience is preferred
