Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Approval Manager, based in Roseville, CA. The Pre-Approval Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the mortgage pre-approval process, collaborating with potential clients to assess eligibility, reviewing documentation, evaluating loan files, and ensuring prompt and accurate processing. The position also involves providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and working closely with team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mortgage pre-approval processes, ability to assess borrower qualifications, and experience analyzing financial documents
- Proficiency in managing deadlines, organizing multiple priorities, and maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service
