The primary responsibilities of this position involve developing, maintaining, and visioning a student ministries program that emphasizes building relationships, spiritual development, missions, and outreach while working under the mission of the church to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus. The job responsibilities are:
Overall Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the youth (6th -12th grades), parents, volunteers and other church staff in agreement with our church’s vision, goals and statement of faith
- Plan, execute, and attend all Student Ministry events
- Build relationships with students both on and off campus
- Assist in the recruiting, training, and coordination of volunteers
- Work to build a strong connection between the youth program, children’s program, and college/career age ministry
- Lead programs and projects as asked or needed
- Assist the Children’s Ministry leadership; especially in parent engagement
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
