Job Summary
Cross Smoke Shop is looking for a dependable and customer focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position (15-30 hours per week) with the potential to move into full-time for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift
- Stay productive during all working hours
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation required
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends
- Reliable attendance is a must- showing up on time is essential
- Must be available to work holidays
- Must be available to work 2pm-10pm
Schedule & Pay
- 15-30 hours per week
- Schedule is posted every Friday for the following week
- Store is open every day of the year except Christmas Day
- $17.50/hour, paid weekly every Friday
