As a Fintech/Implementation Associate, you will manage the day-to-day onboarding of multiple fintech programs. You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance alignment, technical readiness, and smooth implementation of banking and payment products.

What We're Looking For
As a Fintech/Implementation Associate, you will manage the day-to-day onboarding of multiple fintech programs. You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance alignment, technical readiness, and smooth implementation of banking and payment products.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage onboarding timelines for assigned fintech clients
- Lead documentation gathering and compliance reviews (KYC, AML)
- Guide clients through technical setup, including API integration and sandbox testing
- Coordinate across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams
- Track onboarding status and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to documentation and repeatable onboarding frameworks
- 3 years in client implementation, onboarding, or fintech delivery
- Strong knowledge of financial data structures and integration tools (e.g., APIs, SFTP)
- Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
