What You’ll Do
As an RBT with Cross River Therapy, you’ll provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You’ll implement individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct 1:1 behavioral service in both individual and group settings
- Running skill-building programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior principles
- Maintaining client program books and completing weekly documentation
- Collaborating with BCBAs to support each child’s treatment goals
- Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and client safety at all times
- Participating in professional development opportunities
- Performing additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
- Monday to Friday
- Multiple locations
