Location: AR remote/in-home hybrid, OR in-clinic
Position Summary: Cross River Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services to children and families in clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings. The BCBA leads clinical assessment and treatment planning, supervises RBTs/behavior technicians, collaborates with caregivers, and ensures accurate documentation in alignment with BACB, payer, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments, reauthorizations, caregiver interviews, and direct observations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data and medical necessity.
- Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians through observations, data review, feedback, and competency‑based coaching.
- Provide parent training and clear, supportive communication with families and other providers.
- Maintain timely, clinically defensible documentation in CentralReach and follow company protocols for data collection, graphing, incident reporting, and authorizations.
- Participate in clinical meetings, onboarding, ongoing training, and quality‑assurance activities.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
- Experience in ABA (clinic, home, or telehealth) preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, supervision, documentation, and family collaboration.
- Comfort using CentralReach, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
