We are seeking Electrical Construction Workers, Construction Electricians, Apprentices, Journeyman Electricians, Foremen, and General Foremen to support a major industrial construction project in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based on experience and classification.
CW1-CW3 (Construction Wireman): $19.67 - $26.79/hr
CE1-CE3 (Construction Electrician): $33.95 - $48.90/hr
Journeyman Electrician: $52.51/hr
Foreman: $57.76/hr
General Foreman: $60.39/hr

Responsibilities
- Install conduit, raceways, supports, and electrical systems
- Pull wire and install cable systems
- Install and terminate electrical equipment
- Assist with underground electrical infrastructure installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Perform electrical construction activities in accordance with project specifications
- Maintain safe work practices and follow all jobsite safety requirements
- Support project schedules and production goals
- Work collaboratively with electricians, foremen, and project leadership
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction experience preferred
- Electrical construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, and equipment installation preferred
- Ability to work in active construction environments
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification required prior to site access
- Ability to obtain Wisconsin Electrical Registration prior to start date
- Ability to join the applicable IBEW local union prior to starting work
- Ability to provide required hand tools for classification
- Ability to work overtime as project demands require
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
