Cross Point Veterinary Clinic (CPVC) is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR). A love for helping PEOPLE is a must! Applicant must desire to join a family-oriented and goal driven team. We are looking for a dependable team member with professionalism and a positive personality! We offer family friendly work hours and no after hours emergency. Our standards and expectations of “Excellent Service, Quality Care, and Compassionate Team” are high, but so is our compensation package!
Our CSRs are responsible as brand ambassadors when they interact with our clients over the phone and via email as well as when the clients check-in or check-out of our clinic. Additionally, our CSRs are asked to intentionally participate in staff meetings, team huddles, and lunch and learns to maintain expert knowledge of our products and services. We also ask our CSRs to participate in making CPVC a better place for our clients and team members alike by providing their individual input and insight to our Leadership Team.
