🔹 Own user-facing problems from concept to production

🔹 Design, build, ship, monitor, and iterate on core product experiences

🔹 Lead backend architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance initiatives

🔹 Improve developer experience and reduce technical debt

🔹 Build tools and services that support content creation, automation, and validation workflows

🔹 Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer teams

🔹 Engage directly with learners to understand challenges and improve outcomes

✅ 6 years of software engineering experience (strong consideration for exceptional candidates with 4–5 years)

✅ Experience building products from 0-to-1 within startup environments

✅ Demonstrated ownership of product domains, not just individual features

✅ Strong product thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity

✅ Proven track record of delivering measurable business and user impact

✅ Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams

✅ Positive and practical use of AI tools within your workflow

➕ Experience with Go, Node.js, or TypeScript

➕ RAG or AI-powered applications

➕ Graph-based data modelling

➕ Previous EdTech, creator economy, or community platform experience

➕ Experience in high-performing product-led environments
