Warehouse Picker- By hand with headset

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Picking orders- using a cart and headset

• 7am-330pm
• $20hr
• Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently (training may be provided).
• Maintain an organized work area to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
