Central Supply Receiving Specialist - Full-time
Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a collaborative and detail oriented individual to join our Purchasing team! As a Central Supply Receiving Specialist working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.
Position Type: Full‑time, hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (75 hours per pay period)
Pay Range: $16–$19 per hour, based on relevant experience

Your Role as a Central Supply Receiving Specialist at CKV
As a Central Supply Receiving Specialist, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Receiving and logging vendor deliveries,documenting any damages and assisting in coordinating returns.
- Assisting in the stocking of Central Supply and keeping things orderly.
- Coordinating the delivery of packages throughout the campus.
- Checking the inventory levels for oxygen cylinders and miscellaneous oxygen supplies on a weekly basis and coordinating exchanges with vendor.
- Monitoring delivery of products, including but not limited to cups and gloves to the neighborhoods.
- Delivering special durable medical equipment requests and specialized consumable medical supplies throughout the Healthcare building on demand.
- Monitoring the inventory of patient admission kits.
- Responsible for assembling and delivering end of the month supplies throughout the Healthcare building.
- Check-in and labeling of packing slips for delivery.
- Taking inventory of Central Supply as directed.
- Breaking down all cardboard for removal and disposal.
- Distributing Chemical Supplies throughout the Healthcare building.
- Assisting Central Supply Coordinator with medical supply ordering.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of ordering and receiving functions preferred.
- Previous computer experience is required.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to use a computer proficiently.
