Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bossier City, LA, for a CSR/Teller. The CSR/Teller will assist customers with a variety of banking needs, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as providing general account information. They will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting bank services when appropriate. Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards will be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Customer Experience and ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers
- Basic proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior banking or retail experience is a plu
