Personal Lines Marketing Assistant

Cross Private Client is a boutique Property & Casualty insurance division providing high level customized insurance solutions to individuals and families.
Position Summary
This role supports ongoing incoming agency referrals with new business marketing and placement while following a workflow from submission through quoting, proposal preparation, binding, and policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare submissions, quotes, and proposal templates.
- Prepare binding documents and policy issuance.
- Communicate with assigned carrier underwriters.
- Maintain AMS60 system records, including Activity and Suspense items, in a timely manner.
- Adhere to outlined workflows and compliance items.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
- P&C license preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook and PowerPoint, is a plus.
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $65,000β$75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
