Commercial Lines Support

Commercial Lines Support person to provide day-to-day office support and administrative operations. This role includes receptionist coverage, mail processing, data entry assistance, general administrative functions for the team.

Duties of an CL Support person include but are not limited to :

• Secure Property & Casualty license within 90 days of employment.
• Provide receptionist/front desk coverage, including greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls
• Assist team members with data entry as needed
• Support day-to-day administrative operations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records
• Support special projects and miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
• .Strong written, oral and phone communication skills
• Organize, set, and maintain priorities.
• Working with our certificate team issuing certificates for our clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $20.00–$25.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
