About the Role:

As a Business Office Manager, you will oversee the business operations of our facility, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts payable
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and training to improve overall performance
• Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Develop and maintain relationships with payers, insurance companies, and other external partners

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on business office management or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and implement solutions
