Job Description:

• The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to retail and spa patrons, maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, and executing visual merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally, respond to inquiries, and furnish information about products and services
• Aid customers with product selection and checkout
• Uphold a clean and organized retail environment
• Carry out visual merchandising tasks, such as creating displays and arranging products
• Schedule appointments for spa services
• Answer phones and emails
• Administer customer accounts and records
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and spa treatments
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and events as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of retail experience
• Experience in a spa or salon setting preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Availability to work weekends
• Must have experience with social media posting
• 20-25 hours per week
