Job Description:

• Cross Gates is committed to providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our members, team and community. We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure that our facilities are kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and address them promptly.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks.
• Assist with preventative maintenance schedules and recordkeeping.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, tools, and supply storage.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facility operations, or a related field preferred.

• Knowledge of basic repair techniques (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.

Compensation:

• $15-$20 per hour, based on experience
