Job Description:

Are you an early bird who thrives on routine and understands the critical importance of being on time? We are seeking a highly reliable and punctual Early Morning Opener to be the crucial first point of contact for our members each day.

This role is paramount to our daily operations, ensuring that we are ready to serve our members promptly and efficiently from the moment our doors open. Your consistent punctuality and dedication will directly impact our success and the smooth flow of our entire day.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting and developing relationships with members
• Punctual Arrival is Non-Negotiable: Arrive promptly at the scheduled start time, without exception, to ensure the timely opening of the facility. This is the most critical aspect of this role.
• Perform all necessary opening procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Unlocking doors and disarming security systems

  • Turning on lights and equipment

  • Preparing [e.g., coffee, initial cash register setup, workstation readiness]

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the premises

  • Checking and stocking inventory as needed for the start of the day

• Delivering exceptional customer service to members
• Checking in members of the club
• Receiving and making phone calls
• Making club reservations (tennis/racquetball courts, spa services, personal training appointments, etc.)
• Informing and selling members on club programs and services
• Performing basic and advanced POS transactions

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Part-time (30 hours per week), typically 4:00AM-10AM M-F and some Weekend Opening 7:00AM-2:00PM shifts with some flexibility
• Proven track record of exceptional punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically able to stand and move around all day
• A team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivation and drive
