Job Description:

Do you have the passion and presence to be the face of a premier health club? We're looking for a driven, people-first Club Manager who leads from the front. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who is energized by daily interaction with both team members and club members. You will be responsible for setting the standard for service excellence, coaching your staff to reach their full potential, and actively engaging with our members to ensure their fitness journey is exceptional. Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintain High Membership Levels

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract prospective members

  
  
• Greet and tour prospective members
  
  
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for prospects
  
  
• Ensure all members are properly onboarded within their first 90 days
  
  

• Address and resolve member concerns and correspondence

  
  

Recruit and Build a Team

• Teach, motivate, and inspire all team members

  
  
• Hire and recruit staff as needed for all departments
  
  

• Model Cross Gates Family Fitness’ values and ensure your team does the same

  
  

Equipment Management

• Ensure all equipment is operational, safe, and clean

  
  
• Develop cost-effective strategies to maintain a high-level member experience
  
  
• Track all assets and capital improvements
  
  

• Ensure the safety of both members and team members

  
  

Manage the Business

• Oversee the P&L and financial statements

  
  
• Develop and manage annual budgets
  
  
• Monitor payroll and expenses
  
  
• Lead using existing KPIs
  
  

• Ensure the long-term viability and profitability of the club

  
  

Requirements:

• A 4 year degree is desired, but not required

• Flexible schedule
• Computer and digital marketing skills is a plus
• Physically able to move around all day, this is not solely a desk job- lift 45 pounds
• A team oriented mindset
• Self-motivation and drive
