The Director sets the tone for a warm and respectful atmosphere, helping to build a strong, consistent sense of community for both students and volunteers.
Other responsibilities include preparing daily materials, assessing student needs, communicating with families, registering new students, and helping interns or teen volunteers contribute meaningfully to the program. This is a highly relational and hands-on leadership role that blends educational coordination, volunteer management, and community outreach within a Christ-centered mission.
