The practice will launch with signature Liquivida infusions, including Liquilift, Fountain of Youth, Performance Hydration, Natural Defense, Rise and Shine, Executive, Glutathione, and NAD , in a calm, private, concierge setting. Future offerings will include a vitamin injection bar, weight wellness services, and medical aesthetics. Located at 518 Beaumont Road alongside Cross Creek Neurology, the lounge is designed to provide personalized, patient-centered care. The team is currently recruiting a Registered Nurse with strong IV skills and interest or experience in medical aesthetics to support the clinic’s growth.
Role Description The RN/Nurse Aesthetician will provide direct patient care in an IV therapy lounge, including preparing and administering IV infusions and vitamin injections, monitoring patients during and after treatments, and documenting all care in accordance with clinical protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing intake assessments, reviewing medical histories, educating patients on available therapies, and supporting a calm, concierge-style experience. As medical aesthetics services are introduced, the role will expand to performing or assisting with aesthetic treatments under physician guidance and maintaining strict safety and infection-control standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fayetteville, NC, requiring collaboration with the physician and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Strong IV therapy skills, including assessment of veins, safe insertion, monitoring for complications, and adherence to infusion protocols.
- Experience or strong interest in medical aesthetics (e.g., injectables, skincare treatments, or related procedures) in a clinical setting.
- Ability to deliver patient-centered care in a concierge environment, including clear communication, informed consent, and education on infusion and aesthetic services.
- Knowledge of basic clinical workflows, documentation standards, and infection prevention in an outpatient or lounge-style practice.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Comfort working in a growing practice, including flexibility to support new services such as vitamin injection bar, weight wellness, and medical aesthetics.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and prior outpatient, infusion, neurology, or aesthetics experience are preferred.
