Internet Sales Manager – Full-Time Position - Available Immediately
Hey Subaru enthusiasts (and sales rockstars)!
Cross Creek Subaru in Fayetteville, NC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a true pro to lead our Internet Sales Department. If you live for the ping of a fresh lead, love building relationships through email/text, and still get excited about picking up the phone and booking appointments… this is your gig.
What we NEED (no exceptions, please):
- Proven, recent automotive Internet Sales experience (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
- A track record of setting 30–40 solid appointments per month
- Consistently high show rates (we’re talking 60% … you know how to confirm and close the deal before they walk in)
- Zero fear of the phone – you actually enjoy calling leads the same day and turning interest into appointments
- Mastery of email and texting sequences that convert (you’ve got templates and timing dialed in)
- Familiarity with eLeads, or similar CRM is a big plus
- A positive, no-drama attitude and a passion for the Subaru brand
