Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Client Advisor at Cross Creek Subaru, located in Fayetteville, NC. The Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customers' needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, providing product knowledge, recommending insurance options, and maintaining communication to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and building rapport with customers
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of Insurance products and how they apply in the automotive industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in the automotive sales industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or customer service is beneficial
