Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily routes for commercial and residential properties and make sure the crew is prepared for each job.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for edging, trimming, blowing, and detailed grounds upkeep.
- Monitor crew productivity and adjust workflow to stay on schedule.
- Conduct walk throughs at every property and document any service needs or follow up tasks.
- Oversee safe loading and unloading of equipment, tools, and materials every morning and afternoon.
- Ensure every property looks polished by the time the crew leaves.
Required Skills & Experience
- Background in grounds maintenance, landscape services, or outdoor labor roles.
- Ability to lead small teams with confidence and keep work flowing smoothly.
- Working knowledge of mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions in the field.
- Reliable communication skills for coordinating with clients, supervisors, and crew members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks on busy routes.
- Comfortable learning mobile apps for time tracking and job documentation.
- Physically able to lift equipment, work outdoors all year, and handle fast paced field work.
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
