About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Service Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in commercial HVAC. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair projects for commercial buildings, offices, retail spaces, and light industrial facilities.
We especially welcome residential HVAC technicians who want to transition into commercial work. We will provide training and support to help you make the switch successfully.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites and help set up work areas
- Help fabricate and install ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and inspecting equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Load/unload vans and maintain company vehicles
- Learn to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Salary : $16 - $32
