Work Dates Needed: Oct- Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430p) w call Min 2weeks per month of availability required to be considered Pager Call: 1:3 Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient Scope of Work: Trauma II Avg 15 ppd outpatient New patients: 2ppd 60m new patient / 30m follow up APP supervision Avg admissions on call: 2.5 inpatient per day 3 APPs onsite (8a-430p) Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA preferred, IMLC accepted w LOQ, BC (must be BC in medical oncology or hem/onc, will not accept hem only or IM); DEA, CSR, drive in candidates preferred EMR: Epic
