Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency setting during night shifts. This 0.9 FTE full-time role offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus, night shift differential, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and care for patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer medications, interventions, and emergency procedures according to protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and Oregon RN license upon hire.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire; PALS within 90 days.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in emergency or acute care settings.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure in night shifts.
- Competitive pay range $54.56 - $78.08 per hour, plus $10/hour night shift differential.
