RN - Emergency Services - Night Shift

Location - Hood River, OR

Pay: $55 - $78/hr based on experience ($10/hr Night Shift Differential)

Overview

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency setting during night shifts. This 0.9 FTE full-time role offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus, night shift differential, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and care for patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications, interventions, and emergency procedures according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and Oregon RN license upon hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire; PALS within 90 days.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in emergency or acute care settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure in night shifts.
