Pay: $35 - $55/hr based on experience

Overview

Join a patient-centered imaging team specializing in bone density studies. This full-time, day-shift role (Tuesday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm) offers consistent hours, advanced equipment, and a collaborative environment focused on high-quality diagnostic care. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bone density imaging studies according to provider orders, adjusting techniques to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Apply sound clinical judgment in positioning, radiation safety, and dose calibration to ensure optimal image quality.
• Operate imaging equipment with ALARA principles to minimize exposure for both patients and staff.
• Support smooth departmental operations through clear communication, compassionate care, and strong attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education that meets state and national radiologic technologist licensing requirements.
• Oregon Radiographer License (or Temporary License with permanent licensure within six months).
• ARRT certification required within six months of hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
