Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive ambulatory primary care services to a geriatric patient population. This role includes scheduled patient visits, clinical coverage during center operating hours, telephone consultation, and administrative tasks related to patient care. Providers are expected to manage a full range of conditions within their training and privileges, consulting with a supervising physician for complex or severe cases. Participation in quality improvement activities is required, along with other assigned duties.
Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Range: $104k - $139k DOE
Location: Greensboro, NC area

Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services for geriatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Deliver clinical coverage during operating hours and respond to telephone consultations
- Complete documentation and administrative duties related to patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best clinical practices
- Collaborate with supervising physicians for complex medical presentations
- Experience working with geriatric or high-risk patient populations
- Completion of an approved Physician Assistant, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Nurse Practitioner program with current certification
- Current North Carolina license as a PA, CNM, or NP
- Valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Medically cleared and up-to-date immunizations prior to hire
Salary : $104,000 - $139,000
