Requirements to apply
- Education sufficient for RN licensure
- Active and unencumbered Washington RN license
- Minimum one year of long-term care or geriatric nursing experience
- Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, interdisciplinary coordination, and ongoing evaluation
- Ability to work effectively within a team supporting high-risk, medically complex older adults
- Medical surgical or rehabilitation nursing experience
