Behavioral Health Supervisor

Requirements to apply
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license
- Minimum three (3) years of behavioral health experience; experience in supervision, program development, PACE settings, and working with older adults preferred
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Must meet Washington State qualifications as an approved clinical supervisor
