About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Licensed Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to help build and grow our business in Washington. This is a field/hybrid role: you’ll work in the field while also helping manage projects, support customers, and develop the systems and relationships that help the business grow.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with fire protection experience who can take ownership, solve problems, and work effectively with customers, crews, and business partners.
Responsibilities Licensed Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager – Field/Hybrid
- Perform and oversee field work related to fire sprinkler systems.
- Coordinate projects, schedules, materials, and field personnel.
- Support estimating, proposals, customer communication, and business development.
- Help maintain quality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, general contractors, and other trade partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and grow the business.
- Keep project documentation and records organized and current.
Qualifications
- Fire protection experience, preferably with fire sprinkler systems.
- Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable balancing field and management responsibilities.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and field teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Required: Washington State fire protection sprinkler contractor license and Certificate of Competency, or the qualifications to obtain or hold the applicable credential.
