Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Norwich, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in the region. This job involves providing specialized nursing care for patients in the telemetry unit with a focus on monitoring and managing cardiac and other high acuity patients. The assignment is scheduled for night shifts, utilizing a 3x12-hour shift pattern, with a commitment to a rotating holiday schedule. Job Details: Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with weekends and rotating holidays. Minimum 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 2 years of telemetry or progressive care unit (PCU)/intensive care unit (ICU) experience, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) certifications, and current clearance to work at the location. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal monitoring, telemetry monitoring systems, and cardiac patient care. Additional Information: The role requires adherence to hospital or healthcare facility standard operating procedures and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
