Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Telemetry (TELE) registered nurse position in a short-term acute care facility within a Level II trauma center. This role involves providing specialized care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients on a designated stroke unit with advanced neurological management. The position requires flexibility to float between units and adherence to clinical protocols, with a focus on patient safety and quality care. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a minimum of 0 years of experience; certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS; experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, stroke management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, neuro stepdown, pre/post neurosurgery, procedural sedation monitoring, spinal cord injury, telemetry, traumatic brain injury, and electronic medical record system Epic Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma units, neurological care, or related specialty Float: Float rotation may be required to meet unit needs Additional Information: Position includes working holiday shifts and requires upfront scheduling requests during submission. Candidates must respond to screening questions regarding prior experience at a similar facility and provide two recent references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
