• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to first shift, valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), a minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, current nursing license, and relevant experience in a similar clinical setting.

• Additional Information: The RN must perform comprehensive patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop and implement individualized care plans, participate in patient education, and facilitate discharge planning. The RN may assume charge responsibilities following orientation and is expected to pursue ongoing professional development.
