This position supports surgical procedures by maintaining aseptic technique, preparing operating rooms, and ensuring the availability of required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies. The role also includes scrubbing and passing instruments during procedures, breaking down cases, and supporting scheduled call coverage.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms and supplies for scheduled cases, pulling cases as needed, scrubbing and passing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures, breaking down cases at the conclusion of procedures, and participating in 68 scheduled call shifts during a six-week period.
