Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse is needed in the Merrimack area. This role involves providing care to patients in a medical surgical unit with telemetry monitoring, supporting patient recovery and safety, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid licensure as a registered nurse with no minimum experience requirement.


• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.


• May be asked to float to other units or to additional locations such as Haverhill or Lawrence.


• Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and implementation in a medical surgical unit with telemetry.


• Ensures adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.


• Assists with patient education and discharge planning as needed.


• Must be able to adapt to changing clinical scenarios and work effectively within a team environment.
