Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Short Term Acute Care Location unspecified. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to adult patients in a busy acute care setting. The Telemetry RN will float between units and must adapt to varying clinical demands, ensuring high-quality patient care. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid state license, at least one year of RN experience in acute care, med/surg, certifications in ACLS and BLS, and proficiency in patient monitoring, vent management, and wound care. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, arterial blood gas interpretation, and telemetry remote monitoring. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, monitor cardiac telemetry, manage ventilated patients, administer blood products, and perform wound care. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Submission Requirements: Candidates must include references covering a minimum of one year within the past three years.
