Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Orthopedic care in Billings, Montana. This position involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Billings, Montana


• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; ASN (Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing) required; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; 0 years of experience required


• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing; previous experience as a Registered Nurse; ACLS, NRP, PALS as appropriate for unit or service; certification as appropriate for unit or service is preferred


• Additional Information: Performs assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care; administers therapies and treatments; provides health teaching and counseling; documents according to hospital and regulatory guidelines; may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications; may be placed on-call during a scheduled shift.
