Job Details

• Position Description: The OR nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality perioperative care for all patient populations, including intraoperative procedures. Responsibilities include protecting patients from injury, managing surgical specimens, communicating patient status, administering medications, and implementing interventions to maintain patient safety and tissue perfusion.


• Required Qualifications: Associate of Science in Nursing; Current RN license in Oregon; BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; 0 years of experience.


• Schedule: Mon-Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM, 40 hours per week.


• Additional Information: The OR nurse will be on call for the surgery unit on a regular scheduled rotation, performing duties such as protecting patient rights, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating effectively with healthcare team members. The position requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
