Job Summary:

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialty position is located in an organization that provides critical care for neonatal patients. This role involves working night shifts, with the possibility of floating to other units within the intensive care unit (ICU) cluster, including Pediatric ICU (PICU), Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), Burn ICU, and Intermediate Care Unit (IMU). The position requires candidates with extensive level 4 NICU experience and active licensure, supporting high-quality neonatal care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Valid AR or Compact license; extensive experience in level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), clearly documented on submission; EPIC electronic medical record system experience; at least one prior travel assignment; must pass fit test (facial hair not permitted unless for religious beliefs).


• Additional Information: Position involves floating to other units within the ICU cluster, including Pediatric ICU (PICU), Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), Burn ICU, and Intermediate Care Unit (IMU). IVS to interview; manager will extend offers based on candidate suitability.


• Travel: No travel requirements for this assignment


• Float: Float rotation may be required
