Medical Surgical (MS) and Telemetry (TELE) registered nurses are being sought for a seasonal staffing opportunity in a healthcare facility located within the organization. The position offers 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, with schedules including every other weekend and holiday. This role involves floating between medical surgical and telemetry units, with self-scheduling support and schedule balancing by the organization.
Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, two or more years of experience as a medical-surgical or telemetry nurse, ability to work 12-hour shifts, and float between units as needed
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient ratios of 5:1 during day shifts and 6:1 during night shifts on medical-surgical units; 4:1 during day shifts and 5:1 during night shifts on telemetry units; experience with self-scheduling processes
- Additional Information: Floating between medical-surgical and telemetry units is required. Candidates should be flexible, able to work rotating day and night shifts, and capable of adhering to patient ratios. No travel is required or float rotation mandated for this position.
