Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Middlebury, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Long Term Care (LTC) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. This assignment involves providing care on a Post Acute Unit, with a focus on dementia-capable care. The position requires flexibility, including floating to meet unit needs, and working holidays. Job Details Position Description: Replacement position available immediately, with an assignment duration of 16-26 weeks. The RN will work on a Post Acute Unit, providing dementia-capable care. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, prior travel experience, proficiency with Electronic Patient Records (EPIC) from the past 2 years, dementia capable care certification preferred, and location requirements as specified. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Float rotation may be required. Must be available to work 2 out of 4 holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. No block schedules permitted. Bi-weekly orientation on Mondays. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained. Complete employment history, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, is required for submission. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended, especially in months from November through April, with vehicles equipped for winter conditions.
