Job Summary:

Long Term Care specialty position based in Hawaii. This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, treatments, medication administration, and assistance with activities of daily living in a long term care facility on the site of a hospital. The assignment requires flexibility, including working varied shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.


• Required Qualifications: Certification in appropriate nursing credentials, valid licensure in the state of Hawaii by the start date, and at least 0 years of experience.


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long term care settings, competency in assessments and medication administration, and ability to perform specialized care procedures such as Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, and Tracheostomy care.


• Additional Information: The candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend the employee health appointment on Friday. No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Effective communication skills and flexibility are essential for success in this role.
