Job Summary:

Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse position located in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves shift accountability for delivering patient care in accordance with the Nursing Process, state Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Kansas City, Missouri


• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Two to five years of clinical nursing experience; Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume); ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)


• Additional Information: The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership by planning for safe patient care, maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care based on staff education and experience, and providing supervision of assigned personnel. Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
