Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Salinas, California. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care for patients in the labor and delivery department, supporting patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes. The position requires a licensed RN with experience relevant to obstetric and neonatal care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Associates of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California; current BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS (American Heart Association); minimum of two (2) years experience as a labor and delivery registered nurse; recent Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience; travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities may include acting as preceptor and charge nurse as assigned, and contributing actively to departmental goals.
