Job Details

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

- Required Qualifications: Certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC within 90 days of hire; 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in an Emergency Room setting; 2 years experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center in a high-volume ED with 100,000 visits; previous experience with Cerner electronic medical record system; ability to work in all areas of the Emergency Department; teamwork mentality; ability to coach and give feedback in real time; flexibility to work across all sections of the ED.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare organization similar to the described requirements.
- Float: No floating outside of the Emergency Department but must be open to floating within all sections of the ED.
