Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality care within a Level 1 Trauma Center. Must have all Pennsylvania clearances, with Department of Aging fingerprinting completed within the last two years, and must be able to work all shift times.
- Required Qualifications: Active ACLS and PALS certifications; 1 year of emergency nursing experience; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting completed within the last two years; registration at Department of Human Services Fingerprinting using with Service Code 1KG756; ability to work 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Qualifications: Trauma experience and critical care experience preferred; knowledge of electronic health record systems (EHR) preferred.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Submission Requirements: Applications must include all necessary PA clearances, fingerprinting, and certifications prior to start.
- Responsibility Highlights: Providing emergency nursing care, managing a diverse patient population, adhering to hospital protocols, and participating in weekly orientation sessions.
